This plan is a culmination of more than two years study by the Association of the town centre services provided to the local and visiting Community.
The diversity of this plan is designed to build strength and resilience in the Golden Paradise Beach Community. The increased business activity, mixed with the provision of Art and Sport in the town centre will also provide that space for community bonding and celebration.
Under the auspices of the Golden Paradise Beach Ratepayers & Residents Association Inc a Collaboration Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of this plan.
This includes the areas of the RV site, nursery, open garden and land to Meridian Road, including landholdings on the north-west side through to the general store.
